Sony Ericsson today revealed its two new phones following a competition open worldwide to more than 4.8 million fans that visit http://www.facebook.com/sonyericsson.
Sony Ericsson Text-Pro is a mobile phone focused on social communication. On the other hand, Sony Ericsson Mix Walkman is an entertaining music phone. Both the phones include full touch functionality and a corner use interface like that in Xperia mini range.
The phones are packed with features like 3.2 megapixel camera with video recording and Wi-Fi for browsing. They contain 3 inch scratch resistant touch screen, 400 X 240 displays, FM radio, micro SD card slot with an extendable memory of up to 32 GB and GSM/ GPRS/ EDGE (no 3G).
Text-Pro contains completely slide-out QWERTY keyboard for quick messaging along with the facility of social networking via the friends application that enables the customers to add their five best friends for quick access.
Mix-Walkman, the music touch phone includes Zappin, a feature that enables it users to browse through their songs by automatically serving the chorus of the songs when skipping through them. It has a karaoke mode too that lowers the vocal track of the song you play.
The phone can be personalized with the exchangeable color bands that occur on the edge of the phone that enables you to give your phone a new look on every occasion.
Sony Ericsson Text-Pro and Mix-Walkman will reach the selected global markets from Q3. There is still no word about the price of the phones.
