Market welcomes ‘Vodafone Drive into the Big League’ Campaign by responding with more than 10,000 entries from various SME’s in India.
The campaign was launched as apart of the Vodafone-sponsored McLaren Mercedes (VMM) Formula 1 race cars, at the Indian Grand Prix in Noida scheduled for October 28-30.
The ‘Vodafone Drive into the Big League’ campaign will give an unique opportunity for Small & Medium enterprises (SME’s) to display their logo on the Vodafone-sponsored McLaren Mercedes (VMM) Formula 1 race cars. SME’s across India was invited to participate in the contest by submitting their entries online. Enterprises with a turn over ranging between Rs. 10 crore and Rs. 250 crore, and with a total employee base less than 1,000, are entitled to participate in this contest.
Vodafone has extended the deadline for registration from 7th of September to 25th September 2011 after noticing the awesome response to its campaign.
Short-listed enterprises will be invited to make a presentation before a panel of judges to rationalize the reason for selecting their logo for display on VMM cars. This segment of the contest will be televised live as on a major business channel.
This initiative from Vodafone has gained lot of attention from all major SME hubs like Orissa, Chennai, Haryana, Gujarat, Karnataka and Delhi NCR.
