Nimbuzz, a famous messaging and mobile social entertainment application today announced its achievement of achieving the milestone of 50 million worldwide registered users.

At present Nimbuzz supports 5,000 handsets. It combines internet with mobile communication and provides its users the facility connect and share with their kith and kins.

 

Nimbuzz has increased its registered user base by 28 million since 2010 at a rate of 100,000 new users per day. Nimbuzz users on an average spend two and a half hours per day chatting through the mobile app and over 4 hours through the desktop app.

Nimbuzz Ping was the first SMS based push notification system for feature phones throughout the world which has been an important driver for the growth. Its users in Indonesia appreciate it a lot and Nimbuzz users in all other countries are eagerly waiting for it.
