BSNL has now called back its STV-12 or STV-11 after the (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) TRAI’s directive on BSNL on the guidelines of National Roaming tariff.

According to BSNL’s official circular T&C-CM No.39/11-12 dated 20 July 2011 TRAI has directed BSNL to end its STV-12/ STV-11 instantly as it is not according to TRAI’s 44th amendment of CMTS / UAS license.

BSNL’s STV-12 provided the facility of free incoming calls on National Roaming and had a validity of 15 days. The withdrawal of the tariff will be effective from 20th July, 2011. BSNL subscribers in India who have already activated the STV will avail the facility till its validity.

Hence, no more unlimited free incoming calls on National Roaming with BSNL now.
