India’s National Telecom operator, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has finally launched its 3G Mobile and Data Services in the Jammu & Kashmir telecom circle.
BSNL Launches 3G Services In J&K
Mr. R.K. Kaul, CGMT, BSNL J&K telecom circle announced that the 3G service is now available for all the BSNL customers in Srinagar, the summer and Jammu, the winter capital of J&K. By the next week it will be launched in 27 other towns including almost all the districts of the Kashmir valley such as Anantnag, Baramulla, Budgam, Pulwama, Shopian and Sopore.
At present the BSNL subscribers in the state of J&K can only avail the facility of High Speed Mobile Broadband Services. 3G Video Calling is yet to be cleared by the security agencies.
BSNL 3G provides various options like High Speed Internet access with a faster downloading seed of 3.6 Mbps, Live Mobile TV and rich multimedia services right on their cell phones.
Currently BSNL provides 3G services in more than 850 cities throughout India. BSNL focuses on providing its customers with the latest technologies at affordable prices.
