BSNL after its success of 3G services has decided to pair with different data card vendors.
Currently BSNL is offering Beetel, Capitel, Micromax, Teracom 3G modems with bundled data in various circles.
BSNL Krish KR3G-100 3G USB Card
BSNL 3G services now also come with Krish 3G Modems (USB Data Card). Krishna Telenet Pvt. Ltd., a Sonepat (Haryana) based telecom products company produces Krish KR3G-100 USB data cards, the HSPA plug-n-play modem that supports all GPRS/EDGE/UMTS/HSDPA/HSPA networks. It provides uplink upto 5.76Mbs and downlink upto 7.2Mbps.
Krish 3G modem contains preloaded drivers and UI installation for Windows as well as Mac. Via its UI it supports voice calls on computers along with other features such as one click connect to internet, phonebook, SMS and USSD. It also contains a microSD slot via which it can be doubled as maximum 16GB USB drive.
BSNL at present is offering the device at around Rs. 2000 with 2GB bundled data for 2 months on its 3G network. Krish KR3G100 is not available in all the telecom circles currently. It is available in retail markets at price tag of Rs. 1800.
