BSNL is taking a step further in improving its customer service by launching seven new 11 digit customer care numbers for the Trivandrum circle. The move can be seen as an image improver by the State run operator.
The numbers and their respective functions are given below:
1800-4-250-250 for Information on BSNL Customer Service Centers
1800-4-251-251 for Public Grievance Redressal Helpline
1800-4-253-253 for Mobile Number Portability (MNP) and GSM Mobile Services (2G / 3G) helpline
1800-4-256-256 for BSNL Landline Services
1800-4-257-257 for Direct Selling Agent (DSA) Cell for delivery of BSNL products at the customers doorsteps
1800-4-258-258 for Broadband Core Group
1800-4-259-259 for Data Circuits Core Group
These numbers are region specific and will be operational from 10 a.m. to 5p.m. on all working days. Apart from this the Customer Service Centre will also be open on all days (including Sundays) in the CTO Tirvandrum area.
